* LEVEL 3 PAYOUT: $500 Payout

* LEVEL 4 PAYOUT: $750 Payout

* LEVEL 5 PAYOUT: $1,000 Payout

In the event SIZL successfully signs up a Dispensary Merchant—they are Approved, Installed and Processing—and you (the Referral Source) provided the Owners Name, Cell Phone, Email Address, you assist in Coordinating Calls & Appointments, you assist with Merchant Documents & Owner Liaison AND you Pick-up & Deliver Documents you will make $1,000 for Referral.

* LEVEL 6 PAYOUT: $1,250 Payout

In the event SIZL successfully signs up a Dispensary Merchant—they are Approved, Installed and Processing—and you (the Referral Source) provided the Owners Name, Cell Phone, Email Address, you assist in Coordinating Calls & Appointments, you assist with Merchant Documents & Owner Liaison, you Pick-up & Deliver Documents AND you Completely Close the Merchant from A-Z without any SIZL Support you will make $1,250 for Referral.
